I have channel reception and can watch directly through HD tuner. Plex also sees the it after channel scan, but no guide to link up to.

I’m seeing the same thing here with MeTV Toons. I was able to add the channel but all the guide shows for it is “Viet-Song”. I have a feeling whatever source that Plex pulls from needs to update to pull it in. When I look on TV Guide it does show the listings of what is on.

Which lineup option do you have selected? I’m guessing “local broadcast listings” ( it should say on the left side of the DVR set up under “channel sources”

also which postal code

That is correct, mine says “Local Broadcast Listings”. I’m using a HDHomeRun FLEX 4K and the zip code is 30019.

I have reported this issue multiple times in the ongoing live TV thread:

In addition, for the same market, virtual channel 28.2 is now MeTV Toons. SiliconDust corrected this in about 7 hours.

Don’t take this personally, but y’all are doing a terrible job with keeping up with your guide data recently.

Rant; what are you talking about? Plex users are looking for MeTv Toons Guide. we all have ota connection. looking for Plex Guide data.

Plex should have a pinned post and a dedicated employee to address as There seems to be a bunch of scattered posts with missing guide data issues.

Having same issue. Any info I can provide let me know. I did notice that there may be issues with Zap2it if that is where you are getting the info from. Info on that site for my zip code is incorrect (same as plex), but info coming directly from my Homerun unit is correct. Message on Zap2it site is " Alert as of 6/18/24: We are aware of the issue with the Facebook login functionality. We are working on the issue and apologize for the inconvenience. We will update this page once the issue has been resolved.
The time zone default lineups will not be available on Zap2it going forward due to a change from our data supplier. If you need a lineup with both cable and over the air channels, we recommend one of the options under “Cable” or “Satellite” in the “Change Your Provider” popup for your zip/postal code. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Not sure if this is what the issue is.

We don’t get it from them but they may get it from the same provider we do ( Gracenote) but I had not heard any info from them about timezone lineups being unavailable.

Is there a way for me to check directly with Gracenote to see if the lineup is correct ?

I am having same issue here. I’m using HDHomerun Flex 4k, server is Mac mini 2012. Local Station is WJAX MeTV Toons 47.4. Plex sees channel, but not epg, so it won’t load channel.
