Where is my TV Series Theme Music?

The rollout of the new client app on both iOS and Android, saw the inexplicable removal of TV Series Theme Music.

Very simple question directed at the Plex Team: Can someone please tell me if TV Series Theme Music will eventually be put back??

Agreed! Helllooooo, Plex. We are your customers. This is a VERY BASIC question you should be able to answer. Guess no answer and no “look forward to it” means it’s another thing you’re probably getting rid of while raising prices. Can’t even listen to the themes I’ve added. Jellyfin does it and Jellyfin is free…

Agreed, it is a great feature.

Plex Developers: Where is the TV Theme Music? When will it be added back in?
Surely playing an audio file while in the menu can’t be that hard, it works on the old app, the current android TV app and on the web.

I’ll be “Downgrading” to the old app with more functionality and features including TV Themes till they fix it in the “new experience”.

Devs, please add it back and tell us when you are going to do it so we can install the new app to try it.

UPDATE: TV Series Theme Music is playing fine on my LG TVs. Not playing on any of my my Samsung Android or iOS devices. Hoping to get it back on all remaining devices soon.
