Where is Plex is storing it's Server settings

I see that the main Plex database file has the user accounts, library settings, TV shows I’m recording, and media information.

But where are the Plex Server settings stored? I’m referring to: Settings=>Server=>{General/Library/Network/etc.}. I don’t see them in either the main database or the other database files in that directory.

I’m at work and unable to check my file, but I assume the Preferences.xml contains not only the advanced preferences mentioned on the page, but is the storage location for all preference?
