@tom80H that folder is few GB if i have to save it all, i was looking for a better way to save the settings, there is no other way to save the setting only to save the entire folder ?
there’s more than just a few flags in order to ensure your server will work properly after restoring / moving it. if you drop the related media (e.g. posters, cashes…), Plex might miss them when you restore the server.

You could restrict yourself to saving only the registry and the main plex database file
But then you must afterwards refresh all your libraries. Posters (and other metadata which are not stored in the database file) must get fetched afresh and there is no guarantee that the same posters are still available then for download.
You may end up with some black rectangles instead of posters.
Also chapter thumbnails, video preview thumbs, in-depth bitrate analysis, and music loudness analysis all have to get re-done.
Which may take from a few hours to several weeks - depending on the size of your media collection and the speed of your server machine.
@OttoKerner i wish to be a more easy way to save those settings in PMS :(, i guess i have no choice then to save the entire folder if i want to save the settings

Saving setting are easy. It’s just the rest that can be a pain.
