Where is PLex Media Recorder's record assignment data stored?

I have a limited broadband connection for the Internet of about 10 Meg and I’m considering setting up a Plex Service on a dedicated server I have with OVH in Canada. I would like to know if the record information is being stored in a file, if so, where is this file located and is it accessible?

And if you mean the list of medias, with their metadata, then it’s stored on a database on the server
