I downloaded the most recent update in the early hours of this morning and done so repeatedly when it did so - I am getting an Error 404 when I go to Configure on my Western Digital MyCloud EX2 Ultra - and, as a result, I no longer have a Plex Media Server in my NAS! The download needs a few corrections - it’s like it’s been written for another NAS and is buggy!
I managed to get mine running, for now, by uninstalling the app completely. Going into the NAS and removing all references left by Plex and re-installing the app from the start and letting the database rebuild (just deleting the database and rebuilding did not work).
That said…I did this last week and it worked for a while then failed again…so the jury is out on this still.
