WHERE IS SUPPORT? Plex won't start

Server Version#: 1.25.1.5286
Running on ReadyNAS.

Been working for years, NOW won’t start. All I get is “Plex Media Server Failed to start”

Others have reported the same issue but there’s no response on them either.

Where has Plex support gone? Used to get decent support now days go by with no answers.

I downloaded the most recent update in the early hours of this morning and done so repeatedly when it did so - I am getting an Error 404 when I go to Configure on my Western Digital MyCloud EX2 Ultra - and, as a result, I no longer have a Plex Media Server in my NAS! The download needs a few corrections - it’s like it’s been written for another NAS and is buggy!

I managed to get mine running, for now, by uninstalling the app completely. Going into the NAS and removing all references left by Plex and re-installing the app from the start and letting the database rebuild (just deleting the database and rebuilding did not work).

That said…I did this last week and it worked for a while then failed again…so the jury is out on this still.

I am running Plex on Unraid (via docker) and it stopped booting this afternoon as well…

Hey there…I’ve just installed the latest version of Plex on my Netgear and I’m back to Plex failed to turn on. Any chance you’re available to take a look?
