Where is the "Play" button?

Hi,I’m new to Plex.Where is the play button.Can I play movies straight from Plex?All I see is “add to watchlist” and old movies have play buttons but none of the newer and recently released movies.

Yes, but not everything and usually not the newest stuff.
What is available also varies, depending on your location.
Go here and select “Movies & TV” at the left side: https://app.plex.tv

So what you mean is that not all movies and tv series can play straight from Plex it depends on the location?I’m in Thailand by the way.So I think my location is still far away from the states.

Plex is a legitimate streaming service, with a limited selection of movies and shows available. It’s all free* by the way (*ads), no need to buy a Plex Pass for this content.

For all movies and shows they do not have, they collect the metadata on them, similar to IMDB. They let you “wishlist” these movies or shows, but that does not mean they will attempt to get these movies for you in the future.
