When you select a movie/show from Discover or Watchlist, it takes you to a details page. On that page you can see places to watch, but there is no play button (even if you have it in your PMS library). This page is nearly identical to the library’s page for the same content, where you will find the play button, which creates confusion. It’s not obvious, especially to novice users. I’ve seen people give up thinking the movie is not available, since there’s no play button.
This is a general UX issue, not just the players tagged, as far as I can tell it’s the same on each Plex client.
If the movie is available to the user, the Play button should show up here, using the first server or best content or whatever really. If I’m looking at the movie in Plex’s discover, and it’s available on Plex, then I want to watch it on Plex - not merely see that it’s also available on Netflix and Disney.
