Hi,
There is a 3rd party plugins that I want to install. The developer said it’s in the Plugins Directory. But I can’t seem to find the Plugins Directory anywhere.
An article stated that, “The Plugin Directory is accessible from the Plex Web App by selecting Plugins from the left sidebar and then the Install Plugins button.”
As you can see, there isn’t an “Install Plugins button.”
I’m on the latest plex Version 1.14.0.5470.
So what is going on?

You’re looking at the Media Server settings page. The Plugins used to be accessible from the left sidebar in the web client, on the main screen (not in settings). However, the Plugin Directory is gone now that plugins are phased out, so the only way to install a plugin is manually.

Great. I believe I was able to install it fine. Now I am not able to get it to work. Here’s some screenshots.
I refreshed all metadata and there’s still no subtitles in my movies or TV shows.
Did I do something wrong?
Let me take it back. I think it’s working. I see some subtitles. 
Will wait further. Guess I didn’t allow it enough time to download subs.

Do you know if Sub-Zero grabs the wrong subtitle, is there an option for you to search for the correct subtitle?
