Which MyCloud model do I have?

I have a MyCloud 6tb hard drive on my network, model number WDBCTL0060HWT-NESN. I would like to install the Plex Server on it. When I go to the Plex server download page, I’m asked to specify which model I have: DL2100, DL4100, EX2, EX2100, or EX4100. How can I tell which server download to use?
