Whither my created playlists?

The playlists that I created almost all seem to have vanished (when I click ‘Playlists’ in the app and web versions.) All that remain are one music list I made and a ‘Recently Added’ list.

Both of those 2 (I used to have about 14 playlists in total) appear when I click on both ‘MUSIC’ and ‘VIDEO’ categories, even though the one I made is music-only.

All the playlists are present and correct on my iPad though.
