My synced playlists have disappeared on my IOS client, how do I get them back?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled my IOS client. I have upgraded the server to the latest version. I have created new playlists, synced them to IOS, but they never show up in the Playlists lists. The songs in the synced playlist are synced to the IOS device, but the playlists do no show.
