Why can't I find the channels option on the web player?

I can’t add any channels to my Plex plus account because I don’t have the channels option on the web player. Anyone know why?

Because you either

  • did not scroll down far enough (left side, all the way down)
  • are not signed into the “main” plex account but are using a ‘managed’ user account
  • you cannot use channels in a ‘Plex Cloud’ server
