I understand teknoJunky, but why would my TV with built in Plex work smoothly and my ultra Roku have issues? It doesnā€™t make any sense, unless I should try and use my plex app on my Samsung? So then I would just have to see if I can use my roku for other apps.

the HDCP error above indicates either an older hdmi cable (not 2.x certified) and/or non-hdmi 2.x tv/soundbar/receiver
