Why does PLEX limite the number of playlists they can be utilized by Sonos?

I have recently started using PLEX and was happy to learn that I could interface with my Sonos system and then spent time with Sonos tech support to learn that PLEX only sends 100 playlists to Sonos - defeats my entire motivation to utilize PLEX.
