Why does plex transconding my video?

Hello, why does plex media server run transcoding when I am watch 4k film on my LG TV webos? It is get 100% cpu usage and buffering very often. Is it possible to watch 4k film without transcoding?

Try turning off subtitles if enabled.

When using the Plex LG app, enabling image based subtitles forces a video transcode. If the audio is transcoding enabling any type of subtitle forces a video transcode.

thank you, everybody, for your answers. there were subtitles enabled. I have disabled them and transcoding stopped.
