No it does not have the cog wheel. I play this playlist all the time and movies are not removed after they are played. The playlist is set to play randomly and repeat when its done.

Settings - Server - Library - ‘Empty trash automatically after every scan’ Is your media storage externally to your server machine and do you have the above preference activated? Are you using the Fix Match command quite often?

I have the same problem. A video playlist with 152 items in it gradually shrinks, its down to 109 now, and it seems every few days more and more disappear. How do we stop this from happening? Its very frustrating to build a playlist that big, have things disappear, and then have to try and figure out what is missing when there is no other record of what was in it in the first place.
