Why does this sound transcodes for me?

Server Version#: 1.29.2.6364
Player Version#: Plex For samsung 5.5.1 v6.5
TV: S95B, Soundbar: Q995B

Can some one help me troubleshoot why some E-AC3 sound gets converted and some don’t?
My PC can’t handle when it transcodes the sound on 2160p 265 files.

Blonde on the left and Dune on the right.
