Why Google Play Store not updated with the lastest version?

I can see a lot of updates on the forum compared to the lastest version on Play Store (updated on Sep 16 2023)

Is it normal ?

Hey all, the shield update is coming. We push to the play store at the same time we publish elsewhere, however there is the additional step of google verification which can take up to a week. I just checked our dashboard and its still “In Review”. Once approved the update will be available in the beta channel which can be accessed by following the instruction on the bottom of the page here.

Also, hw transcoding on the shield was unfortunately broken for a while so we pinned the play store to the last known good version. 1.32.8 fixes this issue.

Thanks @chris_decker08 , the update has appeared for me (in Australia) now.
