I am currently using the Plex Experience Preview version 2025.12.0 (1011). At present, On Demand, Discover, Profile, and Notifications are all in the state of “No Network Connection”, and it shows that my device is in Offline Mode. There may be some other functions also in the “No Network Connection” state, and I can’t click on each function to test.
However, for the same functions, on Plex for iOS 8.45, the network connection is normal, and all functions can be connected and used properly. All Plex users in the Chinese mainland region are experiencing this. We are always in the Offline Mode. However, the old Plex applications don’t have this problem. This has brought great inconvenience to users in the Chinese mainland region, and we hope you can fix this issue.
