“There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard” keep getting this error and no new content is being shown or synced
Depending on the device you are running PMS on, it’s likely caused by the CPU on that device being too busy to support the dashboard request.
If you are indexing new media, doing deep scans or other CPU intensive things, this error is something to expect on low powered CPU’s. You can either wait it out, or try to stop those high CPU intensive tasks, (and then make them scheduled events)
hey that is not whats happening nothing is loading on my computer and it is still happening.
It’s possible there is some corrupt data preventing your dashboard from working. Edit your libraries and turn off the option to show on the dashboard. Then turn then on 1 by 1. If you get the error, then it’s something in that library. Go to that library and sort by date added. See if there is an item with no date. Remove that from your library and see if your dashboard will load.
