Why is my post suddenly removed and why am I again being welcomed to the forum?

Hi all,

I had just posted a question successfully (Probleem kanaal NPO “Er is een probleem opgetreden bij het afspelen van dit item”), but after Ι edited it 2 times, suddenly the question was removed and I got the message that it had to be approved first. At a second attempt I was being welcomed at the Plex forums again although I’ve been a member for almost 2 years. What’s going on? Is there a fine for editing a question a few times? I do this in good faith and it’s only my intention to clarify myself as much as possible and let other users have a pleasant reading experience.

Your post was relegated to the Spam queue, probably because it was posted twice.

Looks like I just got bitten by this also.

I added a new post, and then when checking it, spotted a mis-type in the way I had added a URL. Edited the post, and hit save, only to be greeted by the message that my post needs to be approved.
