Why is plex so indifferent to its customers regarding true-hd?

Dear wizards from the World of Plex :mage:

WHY are we STILL having ZERO and i mean ZERO attempts to fix the MASSIVE issue, that is the following; PLEX is without any comparison the biggest and by far the most used and downloaded media player/server software in the world today. But regardless of that fact, NOBODY seems to able to fix, what is probably the most IRRITATING and FRUSTRATING problem with their apps on Android Tv devices. The EVER present problem of not being able to enjoy the Dolby True-HD 7.1 sound, because even though most other competing software has absolutely ZERO issues with that codec, on the SAME hardware, PLEX just doesn’t seem to want to accommodate its loyal and lifelong PAYING customers, and therefore FORCING us to find other solutions? How on earth can we STILL be forced to switch player, in 2025?
WAKE UP WIZARDS, please… and if its because you cant figure it out, maybe you should try calling the GENIUSES over ad KODI! But please get this fixed :folded_hands:
