Why is Plex Web so far behind?

I have 2 versions of one movie. One is Black and White the other is Color.How can I add both of them

The Plex Web that comes with Plex Media Server is typically a stable release. This is so users will have fewer problems using it. Updates would require updating PMS, which can take time. We will update the bundled Web eventually, but for new features you should use the hosted Web.
