I’ve tried everything on plex’s forums and troubleshooting and I still can’t get it working. It can’t find the server. How can I get help?
you’ve asked one generic question and did not respond to the follow up. please provide more detail than “X doesn’t work”
If this is an issue with a Plex Client, suggest you post in the appropriate forum section, with some details of what the issue is.
There is no customer service for Plex, the forums provide support.
