Getting really angry with this. I paid for this service and there is no Tech Support. I have PlexMediaServer installed and running… I right click and go to Open Plex which opens the website… All it says is Looking for servers! I’ve repaired Media Server, uninstall reinstall 15 or so reboots and still nothing. Should I just request a refund and go with another service? Or new account?
