The title says it all. I have about 20 external users that connect sporadically to my Plex. And sometimes, viewing of partial or entire movies or music do not appear in my Plex Play History. I would evaluate these missing entries at about 15-20%. Home users play history (direct family on the same network) are always complete. Furthermore, sometimes, but less often, the missing play history entries do appear when i select a single individual but it does not appear in the “View Full History” List. So that’s strange and kind of annoying. Of course to complicate things, missing play history do not always fall on the same users, it’s random, so i guess it’s not hardware related from their side.
