Plex Server dashboard is not accurate?

so many years I was always using PlexPy and happy with it but when I saw plex start to offer the similar features I deleted the plexpy and depended only on Plex server to show me play history

as u can see in the picture I have added a new remote user in my server and yesterday he watched ( dirty Dance ) movie which is 1hour47 minutes

but why plex is not giving me detail that this user watched this movie ? and why it says ZERO plays ? its not the first time to happen

Having a similar situation : Plex dashboard history is missing some friends play sessions whereas tautulli did logged them all.
