Can someone answer some questions about UI translation?

I previously posted a thread about translation issues, but no one replied. Now I have some other questions to ask, hoping that someone can respond. I tried reaching out to the staff on Transifex for feedback, but didn’t receive any response, so I had to post on the forum. Because many translated strings on Transifex have been locked, and there are numerous incorrect translations within the locked projects, I’ve made modifications to the local language files to correct these errors.
