Why was "Manual Servers" removed from the Settings menu on PS5?

I need to provide the IP of my server in order to avoid transcoding due to indirect connection. On my PS4, there’s a menu “Manual Servers” under Settings, and it works well. However, on PS5 this menu is missing. How can I specify the IP of my server?
