Hey guys! I am a newbie and I’m not the greatest when it comes to technology, so please go easy on me! I had no problems adding Plex to my PC and adding my movies. I also had no problem adding it to the PS4 and connecting to my account. My issues however is that it will not connect to my server and keeps saying server unreachable. I checked the FAQs and I don’t see a specific solve for that error. Has anyone else had similar problems and could you possibly help walk me through it? Thank you very much! -Todd
I was able to fix this by manually entering the address for my server.
In the Playstation 4 app I went to the account icon, settings, manual servers, then I entered the IP address for my server on Connection 1 IP. After that it sees my server fine now.
