Widescreen squished to 4:3 aspect ratio on one chanel

I recently added live TV and DVR to my Plex server. One channel is broadcasted in 480i widescreen but on Plex it is squished down from 16:9 to 4:3. It works fine through any of my TV’s built in tuners. The channel in question is KWKB 20.6 Quest. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
