Read the doc Otto linked. There are several requirements.
Minimum client versions. If using Plex Web, use app.plex.tv. Bundled version not yet updated.
Must be using Plex Movie or Plex TV Series agent/tuner
Must not have Include Adult Content enabled.
etc.
Then refresh the metadata for the libraries.
