I’ve recently noticed that none of my recordings have been saving, usually cancelling and (thankfully) auto-rescheduling. I checked with my tuner, a Happauge Win-TV Dual-HD, and while it’s plugged in like it’s been for several months, it’s not working. The server reflects this, showing a “Device not found” status, but usually the DVR will work even when it’s showing that error. I checked its connection by attempting to play Live TV, but it gave me a “Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna” popup instead. The tuner appears to be functional, but it’s just not reading in Plex. I’ve tried resetting the server, unplugging the tuner and plugging it back in, and even plugging the tuner into a different USB port.
My server is an Nvidia SHIELD. Server logs will be provided upon request.
