Windows 10 and PS4

Hello everyone !

I change my computer 2 days ago and went from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
I have installed my Plex Server (last version) on my Windows 10 computer but every times I try to connect to Plex with my PS4 it’s not working (it is stuck on the PLEX logo). It was working well with Windows 7 so I guess it is related to Windows 10.
My PS4 and the computer are on the same network.

I have tried to disable the firewall of the computer but it didn’t change anything.

I really don’t know what to do now to fix this issue.
Did someone already has this issue and know how to fix it ?

So actually I was about to give up and to try an other player.
So I have installed “Universal Media Server” while my TV was still blocked on the Plex login screen and there it worked.
I tried again the day after without UMS it’s not working but as soon as I launch UMS, the loading is over and it works
I don’t really know what is the magic here but well ^^

edit: I just checked the video you put in your post and I don’t have exactly the same issue, me the PLEX is blocked on the logo
