Windows 10 - Bind Plex to specific NIC or MAC

I have been reading several different feature requests and can’t find a request matching what I am trying to accomplish. I have a dedicated Windows 10 PMS that has 2 NICs on the MB. I have one disabled at the moment and use PMS to access content inside and outside of my home all the time. I recently decided I wanted to use a VPN solution that will help when I am on networks that prohibit social media sites and Netflix and thought about installing OpenVPN on the dedicated Plex box. I would like to dedicate one NIC to just listen for Plex communications and the other nic to listen for incoming VPN connections from the outside. I can configure OpenVPN to listen on specific NICs, so I know that will not be a problem.
I would like to submit a feature request of Plex to allow a custom configuration to bind to a specific NIC or MAC so I can separate traffic between the two products.Maybe set it via an XML file, some sort of config file or within the Web Server UI.
