Windows 10 Desktop APP does not launch since update!

Server Version#: 1.20.4.3517
Player Version#:
After installing the latest update, the Windows 10 Desktop app that I can normally run to manage my server files and watch them as well, will no longer launch. The only access I have to my data is thru a browser.

Anyone have a fix for this problem? Thanks
