BTW I am having this problem. On the same machine I can play the file using Direct Stream via Chromes Plex app(audio trans code), but using the windows 10 app from the store I get constant buffer. Wireless AC 5GHZ. I will test via Ethernet but I am sure its not a wireless issue. I get 25-30MB’s transfer rates.
