Windows 10 "Sync has Reached the configured Storage Limit"

Running the plex app on Windows 10, showing 54.5GB available, but Says Sync has Reached the configured Storage Limit.

Why is it doing this? So many people are having a similar problem but I can’t find the solution with anyone.
