Windows 11 - Plex Media Server got Corrupted database

Server Version#:PlexMediaServer-1.26.2.5797-5bd057d2b-x86
Player Version#: PlexMediaServer-1.26.2.5797-5bd057d2b-x86

After a Windows 11 pacth/upgarde this week, the Plex Media Server got a currepted error message. I did try all steps provided in restoring/fixing teh database, but nothing worked.
The Plex media server has been installed, PC restarted and re-installled (new location) - same error ona fresh install of teh media server!

Some new incomplatibility iwth Windows 11?

Reinstalling the app won’t touch the database… so if it was broken before the reinstall, it’ll still be broken after reinstalling it.

If repairing the database didn’t work, your next options are:

  1. Attempt to restore a database backup automatically created by Plex during server maintenance (assuming this option hasn’t been disabled)

  2. Go nuclear and start setting up your server from scratch
Restart Plex Media Server Setup from Scratch | Plex Support

Check if it is the other database file which is corrupted. i.e. com.plexapp.plugins.library.blobs.db
Try to either repair this one as well or go back to one of the backup copies in the same folder.

In some rare cases it could also be the third database file, which holds the EPG for live TV (only for Plex Pass)
tv.plex.providers.epg.cloud-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.db
This one you don’t need to repair. Just erase it – it will be automatically recreated upon server start.

Definitely try that before the two options I’ve mentioned above!!

Thanks Tom and Otto.

Well, I did try to repair as wrote by Tom. I also supected that other db may be currupted so I searched for any .db but only com.plexapp.plugins.library.blobs.db. I rebamed it, so that Plex could create anew one but same error. The recovery process could not open the db.
Then Tom, I did unistall everything, delete all folders and registry keys. Restart PC, reinstall it and got the same error - as per " Restart Plex Media Server Setup from Scratch | Plex Support".

Unless there some files seatting somewhere else in the OS. Any log file I could check?

Thanks
