Also tried repairing SQLite according to instructions here and it didn’t seem to do anything. I was able to successfully execute each step of the repair.
Yeah, your database is corrupted. Did you attempt the automatic recovery method or the manual one? Please post your terminal screen after running those commands so I can check what happened. If it ran, it should have taken quite a bit of time.
