Hi, I’ve had a lifetime Plex Pass running on a Windows 11 desktop for years. It’s been uneventful and I mainly use it to stream local content with Roku and a fairly recent Firestick 4K Max. The routine server software updates have installed without problem so it’s up to date. I tried to access it yesterday but the Roku/Firestick/Windows Plex players don’t seem able to see the Server at all - get a message to install the server software to view local content.
I’m not technical beyond basic capabilities and not finding the troubleshooting guides particularly helpful - think my next step is to try the Windows uninstall and then a brand new install but before doing that, wondering if anyone can suggest anything to try first? Thanks!!
