Windows 11 will soon have Dolby Vision support what is the roadmap for Plex player?

Windows Insider branch is testing Dolby Vision support within Windows 11. https://github.com/balu100/dolby-vision-for-windows

What does it mean for Plex player or/and the UWP player in the future? Will the team include Profile 7 MEL + FEL support as well as Profile 10?

Dolby vision is a paid codec so i doubt this will lead to other apps being allowed to use it. Plex would have to pay for their own license.
