Windows Desktop: Error code: s1001 (Network)

I have been using Plex successfully for several months to test it out. I plan to buy the paid version in order to have access to the Premium features. However, I have run across an issue. The last two mp4s I added to my movie file (after the server update) do not play. I received the “Error code: s1001 (Network)”. I attempted to see if I can resolve the issue by trying what others on the forum have tried, but I have not had any luck… Movie pre-roll field is empty. I am able to play the same mp4 on my computer. I am adding my latest log hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I appreciate your help. Thanks!

Your logs don’t show any database corruption so it is usually a case of re-analyzing the file. Check the permissions on the file or replace it.
