Windows Plex and Apple Tv 3 No internet

Can I still use windows 7 plex and apple tv without internet as I lost my connection

You can, but you cannot reboot the AppleTV. Rebooting the AppleTV requires internet access to create the application icons used by PlexConnect (usually the trailers icon). Without these icons in the AppleTV you cannot connect to PlexConnect.

What I usually do if I reboot my aTV (after losing my internet e.g storm/outages etc) is:

Start up a hotspot on my phone to load the storeFront (“app icons” @moody_blue described). Switch back to normal ethernet or wifi, point the DNS to the proper PlexConnect host then I sign out of myplex until my internet is back up) If I don’t sign out of myplex I cannot get PlexConnect to work personally.
