Windows Server - Remote users don't have download icon Plex Pass active on server

Hi Everyone,
just wanted to ask a recomendation as not sure if this is an issue with the config on my server or if this is something new on Plex,
I have 2 friends they stream remotely my content but they don’t have the icon for download , I tried to restart on their phones (1 android,1 iOS ) but the option don’t come up, when sharing the libraries I added the permission to download content but not sure what is missing, as I read it is supposed that if my user (server owner) has Lifetime Plex pass active they will not need a Plex Pass to download content right?

Do you know any options or workaround to this?

It depends.

See the table in the FAQ.

If their Plex accounts were created after Aug 1, 2022, they need a Plex Pass.

If they are Managed Users, they can use Downloads. Not recommended, since they will need your login credentials.

If they have individual Plex accounts, they can buy a Plex Pass.
