Windows - Site Cannot Be Reached

Howdy,

Just installed PMS from windows store, I double click tray icon to open it.
And i get ‘this site cannot be reached - the connection was reset’

Tried in different browsers, incognito mode, disabling VPN, network adapters (barring my ethernet), check my Bitdefender, the firewall has the server as an exception.

I’ve googled, but its surprisingly hard to find anyone who had this problem in windows

Sorry, i actually fixed this be going to

C:\User\appdata\local\Plex Media Server\

And opening the setup.html
