Just installed WinTV-quadHD and it is fine with Kaffeine. See pic.

However, when trying to add the card through the plex web app, I just get the Plex circle of death.

Any suggestions on what to do to get the tuner card recognized and added into Plex?

Mod-Edit: put some code-tags around that log to make it easier to read.

You are running the Snap version of Plex which isolates it from the base OS, uninstall, download and install the .deb version.

That appears to have worked! The WinTV card now shows-up. Thank you so much!
