Plex fails to start but i cant understand what they have done?

How do you conclude from the server not starting that your account has been hacked?
The log looks like a normal server start.
I had an email to say that an ip from India had accessed my account and since then i have not been able to connect to localhost:32400 just say plex and nothing happens?
You did the right thing and reset your password.
