When playing recorded television episodes, and skipping commercial, the player will not resume on occasion. This is frustrating, but has been going on so long that I am used to dealing with it.
If I stop the player, and play again from where it is left off, it usually comes back.
Every once in a while, it doesn’t come back and just sits with the loading page.
When this happens, the video information changes the length of the video. When I start a video, it says that the video is 59 minutes. When this error happens that it won’t resume, the video is now 20 hr 7 min long, and won’t play on any device I have, Android phone, Plex web on Chrome Browser, Web Client on Chrome Browser, and an LG Smart TV. The only way to play the video after this has happened is to watch it on the Windows video player, or through Kodi.
